Sensory Awareness is a mindfulness practice which connects us with our own natural intelligence and vitality.  It has been described as meditation in motion.

Lee in 2008

Our sensations guide us to the wild, fresh terrain of each moment.  It is only here that we can meet fully whatever life offers.  Lee Klinger Lesser

Sensing can give us support in the face of anxiety, pain and stress, allowing us to develop resilience, flexibility, and the sense of being at home in our own bodies.

If you are new to this practice, you will appreciate the gentle clarity of Lee’s instruction.

If you have experience in meditation and mindfulness practice, you will be delighted to have the guidance of a teacher with this skill, depth and experience.

Lee’s website has more information about the benefits of practicing Sensing and what happens in a workshop.

The retreat takes place at beautiful Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre.  Contact us to enrol.
